Farewell Steve...

This week, the staff of Advanced Fire Technologies bid a fond farewell to a valued member of our team.

Steve Bryant and his wife Sally have for many years considered the possibility of becoming Foster Parents. In 2008 this became a reality when Sally gave up her full time position as a peripatetic music tutor and became a ‘Professional Parent'.

Steve gave up his position as a shift maintenance engineer at a local factory and took a job with Advanced Fire Technologies as a systems engineer, benefitting from more sociable working hours (well..... almost!) His experience as a qualified electrician allowed a smooth transition into his new role quite effortlessly, and allowed Steven to develop into an important member of our team.

For the past couple of years, Steve has successfully managed to find a happy balance between his full time job, being a devoted Father to his three Children and spending quality time with the Foster Children in his care.

Anyone who knows Steve will tell you that his decision to leave full time employment became inevitable since their first child arrived in November 2008.

All the Staff of Advanced Fire Technologies would like to thank you for being a great friend and a valuable, trusted, reliable member of our team. We wish you and your family (and extended family!) good health and happiness.

Good Luck Steve!!
