Advanced Fire Technologies have recently been awarded the Fire Alarm Systems, CCTV & Access Control at Ysgol Dewi Sant in Llantwit Major.

Ysgol Dewi Sant and the Llantwit Learning Community as a whole will provide the town with education facilities that are second to none.

The new building is being constructed without disruption to either pupils or staff at Ysgol Dewi Sant. The new 210 pupil, single storey school utilises the same lauded design as the recently opened Ysgol Nant Talwg in Barry and will feature a central learning zone leading to eight classrooms and a flexible sports and dining hall space.

Through the use of advanced building materials and intelligent design, such as roof mounted solar panels to generate emission free electricity, the new school will achieve an excellent environmental performance rating.
